(Gresham, OR)  --  A man is facing several charges in connection to a DUII hit-and-run that left a pedestrian dead in Gresham.  Police say 38-year-old David Haugen was intoxicated when he crashed into 21-year-old Zachary O'Leary while he was using a crosswalk on Northeast Halsey Street Saturday night.  He then allegedly left the scene, but police say he later returned to the scene and turned himself in.  O'Leary was pronounced dead at the scene.
