(Portland, OR) -- A woman is facing multiple charges including DUII after allegedly crashing into a woman, a light pole and a building in the Buckman neighborhood. The Portland Police Bureau says 25-year-old Sabrina Hall of Vancouver was impaired when she struck a woman walking on a sidewalk on Southeast Grand Avenue at Southeast Morrison Street Friday night. She also crashed into a light pole and a building and was allegedly trying to flee the scene when witnesses stopped her. Police arrested her at the scene. The woman was rushed to a hospital and is expected to survive.
