(Roseburg, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man whose remains were found near an I-5 off-ramp last year.  Oregon State Police identified the man yesterday as 44-year-old Scott Evenson of Myrtle Creek.  Police say transportation workers discovered his skull along 1-5 northbound exit 124 to Roseburg in June of 2018.
