(Myrtle Point, OR)  --  A Myrtle Point woman is facing charges after allegedly punching her boyfriend in the face twice after he left her dog outside in the rain.  Police say 38-year-old Melissa Sue Morris is charged with domestic assault for the incident at the couple's home on New Year's Eve.  The boyfriend suffered scratches and a marble-sized welt on his face.
