(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a motorcyclist killed in a crash in northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says 50-year-old Eugene Waldrupe of Gresham was killed in the crash January 18th.  Police say he was riding east on Northeast Sandy Boulevard when he collided with a driver trying to cross at Northeast 65th Avenue.
