(Portland, OR)  --  Portland State University is expanding its Four Years Free Tuition program to more students.  The GPA qualification limit is being reduced from three-point-four to three-point-two.  In order to qualify, students must also be enrolled full time and be eligible to receive a Pell Grant.  More than 15-hundred students have enrolled in the Four Years Free Program since the program started in 2017.
