(Vancouver, WA)  --  Two people are lucky to be alive after becoming trapped inside their burning apartment in Vancouver.  Firefighters responded to the apartments on Northeast 18th Street on reports of a fire yesterday morning.  Fire officials say crews pulled two people from the burning building and rushed them to a hospital.  Officials say a family pet is still missing.  It's not yet clear how the fire started.
