(Woodland, WA)  --  Police are releasing the name of a man who was hit by a car and killed in southwestern Washington state.  The Clark County Sheriff's Office says 18-year-old Noah Gray died in a hospital several days after the crash in Woodland on February 2nd.  Police say the driver is cooperating with investigators.
