(Portland, OR)  --  Portland is paying tribute to late city commissioner Nick Fish.  A public celebration of life service took place yesterday afternoon at Portland State University's Smith Memorial Student Union Ballroom.  Fish died last month at the age of 61 following a lengthy battle with stomach cancer.  He served on the Portland City Council for eleven years.
