(Clackamas, OR)  --  At least one person is injured after crashing a pickup truck through a fence and into a tree in Clackamas.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says it appears the driver was impaired on drugs when he crashed at Southeast Johnson Road and Southeast Clackamas Road around 6 o'clock yesterday morning.  The driver was extricated from his vehicle and taken to a hospital.
