(Silverton, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of two officers involved in a deadly shooting on Valentine's Day in Silverton.  Oregon State Police say Silverton Police Officers Jonathan Lamoreaux and Tim Hein shot and killed 21-year-old William Bluestone while responding to a domestic violence call at an apartment.  Police say Bluestone was armed with a gun and was barricaded inside a bedroom at the apartment when officers opened fire following an hour of failed negotiations.  Both officers are on administrative leave.
