(Vancouver, WA)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a house fire in Vancouver.  Firefighters responded to the house on Northeast 111th near 87th Street Saturday to find flames shooting from the structure.  Fire officials say no one was home at the time of the fire, and crews rescued a dog from the house.  It's not yet clear what sparked the blaze.
