(Portland, OR)  --  Two children are hospitalized after being shot inside an apartment in northeast Portland.  Police say the 12-year-old boy and 14-year-old boy were shot yesterday afternoon in the apartment off Northeast Tillamook Street near the Rose City Golf Course.  It's not yet clear what led to the shooting, and investigators say it may have been accidental.  The 12-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the torso and was hospitalized in critical condition.  The 14-year-old was hospitalized in serious condition for a gunshot wound to the arm or hand.
