(Undated)  --  Oregon is among 19 states suing the Trump Administration for reallocating three-billion-dollars of defense funds to the border wall.  Prosecutors say it's unconstitutional as it violates the separation of powers as well Congress's power over funds.  The 19 states also argue that the administration is not taking into account the environmental impacts of a border wall and that it violates the National Environmental Policy Act.
