(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon Health and Science University in Portland is announcing its first presumptive coronavirus case.  Hospital officials announced yesterday that a patient has tested positive for COVID-19.  Officials say staff members used "appropriate precautions" in caring for the patient from the moment they arrived at the hospital, and the risk of exposure to others is low.
