(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is in a state of emergency over the novel coronavirus.  Governor Kate Brown issued the executive order yesterday, saying resources are being made available to agencies including the Oregon Health Authority.  The order comes after seven new cases of the virus were reported.  Oregon now has 14 coronavirus cases.  Neighboring Washington state has been the hardest hit with at least 19 deaths.
