(Salem, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is ordering the closure of all K-12 schools in Oregon due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.  Brown announced yesterday that the closure will take effect Monday and last through the end of the month.  Brown is asking school districts to develop plans to help feed students who rely on free school meals.
