(Cook, WA) -- A 23-year-old woman is recovering from mild hypothermia after falling over Spirit Falls on the White Salmon River near Cook, Washington. The Skamania County Sheriff's Office says Rachel Goodwin of Washougal fell over the falls Monday night. She was able to swim to a bank behind the waterfall but became trapped there by the force of the falls. First responders rescued her and brought her to Peace Health Salmon Creek.
