(Vancouver, WA) -- Authorities have released the name of the suspect shot and killed by police in Vancouver earlier this week. He's identified as 50-year-old William Abbe. Police say this unfolded on Tuesday morning when officers responded to a report of two men fighting in the area of Fourth Plain Boulevard and Stapleton. Upon arrival, officers found one man on the ground and another armed with sharp objects.  According to police, officers opened fire when the suspect refused to drop his weapons.
