(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police say a shooting that left two men dead in a house near Northeast 136th and Milton Street on Monday was a murder-suicide.  Investigators say 52-year-old William O'Connor was fatally shot by his father, 78-year-old Michael O'Connor, who then killed himself.  Police say there are several options for people who are in a mental health crisis, including Lines for Life and the Multnomah County Mental Health Call Center.
