(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police are releasing new details about a shooting that happened in the Argay Neighborhood on Mother's Day.  The shooting happened near 140th and Northeast Sandy Boulevard.  Police say the victim was standing outside of his car with his two-year-old son in a car seat when he was shot.  Police say he is expected to survive.  Police have not identified a suspect and are asking for help from the public.
