(Vancouver, WA)  --  New details are coming to light regarding the deadly officer-involved shooting of a man last month in Vancouver.  The Vancouver Police Department says 50-year-old William Abbe was armed with some metal sticks and was refusing officers' orders to drop the weapons.  Three officers responded to the refusal by opening fire, killing the man.  The officers were not injured.  Police were in the area responding to reports of two men fighting.
