(Portland, OR)  --  The family of a woman who died from COVID-19 at Healthcare at Foster Creek in Portland is taking legal action.  The family of 75-year-old Judy Jones has filed a lawsuit against the facility.  The facility had nearly 30 patients die from the virus, and more than 100 patients contracted COVID-19.  The State of Oregon suspended the facility's license and moved patients to other care centers.
