(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler is facing a 500-dollar fine.  The City of Portland's auditor's office announced yesterday that Wheeler listed his largest campaign donors on a campaign mailer in a font that is too small for the average person to read.  It's Wheeler's second campaign violation in as many months after he was warned last month for failing to list his top five campaign donors on campaign communications.
