(Portland, OR) -- Portland City Council incumbent Chloe Eudaly remains neck and neck with two challengers for her Position 4 seat. Early ballot counts from yesterday's primary election show Eudaly narrowly leading the race with 30-percent of the vote. Community organizer Mingus Mapps follows close behind with 29-percent, and former Portland Mayor Sam Adams is in third with 28-percent. The top two finishers in the race will go on to compete in November's election unless one of the candidates end up with 50-percent of the vote plus one.
