OR Has Over 4K COVID-19 Cases

(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon's tally of coronavirus cases is now past the four-thousand mark.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 71 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases to four-thousand-38.  Recent increases have been tied to specific locations of a business that operates in the Portland area and in the Willamette Valley.  No new deaths were reported yesterday for the third day in a row.
