(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials say Multnomah County's recent spike in coronavirus cases is not the result of increased testing.  Multnomah County Public Health tells KATU-2 that while more people are being tested for the virus, the county is seeing an increased percentage of positive test results at the same time.  Health officials are urging the public to continue practicing social distancing and wearing masks while in public.
