(Portland, OR)  --  Shootings are up nearly four-fold in Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says the number of shootings in the city so far this month is up 380-percent from the same time period last year.  There have been more than 40 shootings so far this month, compared to a total of eleven shootings in the whole month of July in 2019.
