(Portland, OR)  --  A protester who was shot in the head by a federal police projectile outside of the U.S. Courthouse in Portland is back in the hospital.  Donovan Labella returned to the hospital Monday after suffering complications from the serious head injury.  Labella was initially hospitalized for two weeks after being hit in the forehead by the projectile nearly three weeks ago.  Doctors say Labella has developed a severe sinus infection that's near his brain.  He's also leaking cerebrospinal fluid.  The U.S. Attorney for Oregon is investigating the incident.
