(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon has nearly 200 new coronavirus cases.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 192 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases so far to 23-thousand-451.  Multnomah County had the most new cases with 57, followed by Marion County with 30 and Washington County with 23.  No new deaths were reported, leaving the state's death toll at 388.
