(Madras, OR)  --  One person is dead following a crash involving a semi-truck on Highway 97 south of Madras.  Police say the crash happened Tuesday afternoon.  Traffic was stopped for a vehicle to make a left turn when the semi hit the car at the end of the stopped traffic and then went into oncoming traffic, hitting two more vehicles.  Police say 52-year-old Nadia Rankov Adams of Redmond was killed.  Several other people were hospitalized.
