(Portland, OR)  --  Oaks Park is cancelling its season for the first time in its 115-year history.  Organizers say they had sought special permission from the Governor to open, but it wasn't allowed.  Ride bracelets and vouchers from third-party sellers will be accepted during next year's season.  Oaks Park hopes the roller rink and dance will be able to reopen later this year.
