(Portland, OR)  --  The search for a missing 71-year-old woman is ending in tragedy.  The Portland Police Bureau says Ha Pham was found dead late last week in the area of Northeast Lombard Street near the 42nd Avenue exit.  She'd been missing since August 28th.  Family members say she suffered from Alzheimer's disease and that she likely wandered off and got lost while her husband was busy doing yard work.  Police say foul play is not suspected.
