(Portland, OR)  --  The alt-right group Patriot Prayer is claiming responsibility for stealing a statue erected by Black Lives Matter protesters.  The so-called "Nightmare Elk" was set up near Southwest Main Street and Third Avenue in place of the Elk sculpture and fountain that was damaged during demonstrations.  On Twitter, Patriot Prayer posted a picture showing members posing with the makeshift statue strapped to a flatbed trailer.
