(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a suspect in connection with a murder at downtown Portland's Marriott Hotel earlier this month.  The Police Bureau's Special Emergency Response Team and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 22-year-old Abdikadir Osman in Southeast Portland.  He's accused of killing 23-year-old Shawn Fujioka on October 6th.  Osman is charged with Murder in the Second Degree.
