NW Natural Rate Increase Approved

(Portland, OR)  --  Northwest Natural customers will see prices go up November 1st.  The Oregon Public Utility Commission has voted to approve the increase.  While natural gas prices are down, Oregon's new Corporate Activity Tax plus a move of Northwest Natural's operations center will cause overall prices to rise.  The average residential customer will see their bill go up about two dollars a month.  Commercial customers' bills will increase nine dollars a month.
