(Portland, OR) -- A demonstrator in Portland who's facing state charges is now also facing federal charges. A federal grand jury in Portland indicted 32-year-old Adrian De Los Rios yesterday on a charge of civil disorder in connection to a demonstration outside of the Portland Police Bureau's East Precinct in August. Local prosecutors charged him earlier this month with attempted arson, unlawful use of a weapon, riot and attempted assault of a public safety officer. He's pleading not guilty. His trial is set for December.
