(Hillsboro, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a kidnapping in Aloha [[ uh-LOW'-uh ]].  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says police have arrested 31-year-old Nicolas San Nicolas on charges including robbery and kidnapping.  He's accused of kidnapping his victim at gunpoint at the Forest Ridge Apartments on August 27th.  He then allegedly threw the victim out of a truck, injuring him.  An investigation is ongoing.
