(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming nearly a dozen new coronavirus deaths in Oregon along with nearly 400 new cases.  The Oregon Health Authority confirmed eleven new deaths and 373 new cases yesterday.  The state has now seen a total of 40-thousand-810 cases of COVID-19 since the pandemic began along with 646 deaths.
