(Portland, OR)  --  A storm bringing strong winds and heavy rain has caused power outages and landslides in Oregon and southwest Washington.  Around 110-thousand customers lost power throughout the region.  I-84 eastbound is closed in the Troutdale area because of a landslide in the Columbia River Gorge near Ainsworth State Park.   Deputies are searching the area for possible victims. A slide in Carson, Washington has SR-14 closed.
