(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Police Bureau has released a photo of a tattoo from a victim who was killed in a shooting.  It happened early Tuesday morning near Northeast 100th and Sandy in the Parkrose neighborhood.  They haven't been able to identify the person who was killed.  The victim is a male, possibly Hispanic, in his 30's, about 5-feet-11 and 169 pounds.  If you can help identify the person, contact Portland Police.
