(Gresham, OR)  --  Arraignment is scheduled today for a man and woman accused of starving their two young children in Gresham.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says 33-year-old Mena Kamel and 28-year-old Marina Zaki starved and malnourished their kids between September of 2018 and June of last year.  Both children are under the age of six.  Police began investigating the parents in June after responding to their home when one of the children suffered a critical injury.  The parents are facing over a dozen charges for assault and criminal mistreatment.
