(Portland, OR) -- Legacy Health medical centers is cancelling all elective surgeries for today because of the weekend winter storm. The health system says road conditions are still too dangerous for patients to travel to the hospitals. Legacy Health says they contacted all affected patients yesterday, and that they'll reschedule the surgeries as soon as possible.
