(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon is celebrating another milestone in its COVID-19 vaccination efforts.  The Oregon Health Authority reports one-million people have now received at least one dose of the coronavirus vaccine.  That's nearly one in five Oregonians who are eligible for the vaccine.  Baker and Wheeler counties have the highest rates of vaccination.  In Multnomah County, 210-thousand people have received at least one dose.
