(Portland, OR)  --  An arson investigation is ongoing into a three-alarm fire at the Portland Garment Factory.  Investigators believe yesterday morning's fire at Southeast 79th and Stark Street was intentionally set.  Officials say surveillance footage shows a person starting a fire in a nearby dumpster.  The fire then spread to the factory.  No injuries were reported.
