(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly attacking a landscaping worker and stealing his dump truck in northeast Portland.  Police say the victim was filling a lawnmower with gas yesterday afternoon when 30-year-old Benjamin Hendricks attacked him from behind and then made off with his truck and trailer.  Police tracked the stolen vehicle from the air and say Hendricks nearly hit two pedestrians before stopping and fleeing on foot.  Police found and arrested him.  The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
