Oregon Unemployment Program Computer Gets Upgrade

(Salem, OR) -- Oregon's outdated unemployment insurance program computer system is undergoing an upgrade. The customer accounts in the old system are being moved to the Frances Online system. Users can't access the old computer system and the call center is down until Monday at 8 a.m. Access to Paid Leave Oregon and employer access to the system is also down. Starting on Monday, people receiving unemployment benefits will need to create a new account with Frances Online to continue receiving their payments.
