(Portland, OR)  --  A Cottage Grove woman is dead following a crash on Highway 101 in Tillamook County.  Oregon State Police say 55-year-old Rhonda Sue Heine was killed in the crash Saturday evening.  Police say Heine was a passenger in a car that lost control and crashed into a tree while attempting to pass another vehicle.  The driver was hospitalized for serious injuries.
