(Albany, OR)  --  Albany police say they've arrested a woman who's accused of intentionally hitting a pedestrian with her car.  Officials say 19-year-old Kayla Simonson used her vehicle to hit 35-year-old Selina Martinez as the victim was crossing 6th Avenue Tuesday afternoon.  Police say Simonson thought Martinez was someone else.  Simonson is facing multiple charges, including attempted murder.

  • Purcell Boulevard Northbound lane between Neff Road and Full Moon Drive (West side of the hospital) is closed until December 20th.

 

  • Nels Anderson Road between Nels Anderson Place and Brandis Court, single northbound shoulder closure will be in effect, two-way traffic to be maintained. Project completion expected December 2017.
