(Portland, OR)  --  Residents of Oregon and Washington are being warned about stagnant air in the Pacific Northwest.  The National Weather Service says pollution is being trapped near ground level by light winds and a high-pressure area, resulting in degraded air quality.  Forecasters say the conditions could continue through Friday in areas both east and west of the Cascades.

  • Purcell Boulevard Northbound lane between Neff Road and Full Moon Drive (West side of the hospital) is closed until December 20th.

 

  • Nels Anderson Road between Nels Anderson Place and Brandis Court, single northbound shoulder closure will be in effect, two-way traffic to be maintained. Project completion expected December 2017.
